With the Corona Virus rearing it’s ugly head, we are all feeling the effects – locally and as a nation. Social distancing and sheltering at home are becoming our new “normal”.
Pink Sistas is dedicated to the health and well-being of not only the women we serve who have breast cancer, but their loved ones, our volunteers, and our friends who faithfully support us. It is with a heavy heart we have made the difficult decision to cancel our annual Pink in the Gorge fundraising event which was scheduled for April 11, 2020 at the Black Pearl on the Columbia.
Pink in the Gorge is our biggest fundraising event of the year. If you purchased tickets for the event, please consider making your ticket purchase a donation to Pink Sistas. You may request a refund of your ticket price if you choose not to donate.
We are currently planning an online auction for Pink in the Gorge. We are excited to be using social media to reach more people and will share details with you as soon as possible. Thanks to everyone who donated items for our fundraiser, we already have a fantastic auction coming together.
Pink Sistas will continue to move forward raising money for future events, and we even have some new ideas in the works. We are looking forward to holding retreats as soon as we are allowed to, and we will continue to work towards that goal.
